A Look Back at Three Days of Surprises and Gratitude
Wednesday, May 20: Gratitude & Ice Cream Day
The students posted sticky notes filled with heartfelt messages on the school’s “Gratitude Tree” and carefully recorded a thank-you video. The teachers not only received thoughtful gift baskets prepared by the PTA, but were also pleasantly surprised—along with the students—by the arrival of a mobile gelato cart. A sweet Italian gelato marked the first sweet moment of Teacher Appreciation Week.
Thursday, May 21: Dress-Up & Pampering Day
The campus transformed into a joyful parade as students dressed up in their teachers' favorite colors and characters. To show our deep appreciation, the PTA organized a wonderful afternoon tea complete with snacks and even provided relaxing massages, giving our hardworking teachers the pampering they deserved.
Friday, May 22: Potluck
At 3:15 PM, all the teachers gathered in the multifunctional hall for the grand finale of the Teacher Appreciation Week—the Potluck. Parents showcased their culinary skills and brought a diverse array of delicious dishes from various countries. Holding their plates, the teachers and children savored the food while sharing the most memorable moments of the week. Their laughter and chatter blended into a warm symphony of gratitude for the teachers.
Gratitude is not just about the surprises and smiles over these three days—it’s about the everyday dedication and care that truly matter.
Thank you to every teacher who pours their heart into the classroom. Your patience and wisdom light up the stars in our children’s eyes. Thank you to every child who expressed their love so sincerely—your warm hugs and bright smiles are the greatest gifts a teacher could ever receive. And thank you to every parent who supports our school with unwavering trust and partnership—none of this would have been possible without you.
Though Teacher Appreciation Week has come to a close, the deep bond of love and respect between our teachers and students will continue to flow through every corner of our campus. Let us carry this warmth forward, together.
