KLIS is a private, co-educational, not-for-profit international school that prepares adaptive, compassionate learners to thrive as global citizens, creative thinkers, and ethical leaders. We celebrate diversity, foster self-awareness, and empower students for a changing world.

KLIS Preschool adopts the Creative Curriculum, Endorsed by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).
DAP is a research-proven childhood education philosophy used worldwide, developed by the American National Association for the Education of Young Children. DAP is aligned with our MAP Growth adaptive assessment which is administered when students enter primary.

KLlS gives Kindergarten aged through G5 students a balanced and challenging program where confidence, talent, friendship, and individuality flourish.
Project Based Learning (PBL) is part of the KLlS instructional process beginning in upper elementary(G3-G5).With PBL, teachers engage students in thinking deeply about content, while also learning essential critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.

At KLlS, our Middle School instructional sequence introduces students to concepts at developmentally-appropriate times and then reinforces and extends that knowledge over time in a spiraling manner.
The small class size teaching of each grade, including middle school, allows the teacher to choose the materials and methods suitable for each student and to guide them according to their different situations in order to make their study more effective.

KLIS students have the opportunity to complete college-level Advanced Placement (AP) courses that fulfill college requirements and put them ahead as they begin their university careers.
We collaborate with authoritative educational institutions in the United States to launch a series of Cognia online STEM elective course pathways. Students who complete these electives will receive certificates, officially recognized on their high school transcripts.
